Individual Profile Payments Bigbang is now Stable. It allows for detached payment checks with proper error prompts, if users try to open a 2nd individual payments. Additionally we introduced core's threading plumbing, with a registry wrapper for actions to be routed to automatically on error prompt

Introduced Assassin Mode in core, and this commit added support for it in the GUI. This involved passing in ticket observers when a profile is enabled or disabled, getting the max screen size via PyQt, and adding a check prior to using a random ticket.
