Main Menu connect/disconnect combined into a single action button, with it's state tied to a global repo. New notification system in core, pushes button changes to the main menu. Also the individual profiles get from this same global state repo, to toggle on and off by notification.

Individual Profile Payments Bigbang is now Stable. It allows for detached payment checks with proper error prompts, if users try to open a 2nd individual payments. Additionally we introduced core's threading plumbing, with a registry wrapper for actions to be routed to automatically on error prompt
